Winch and fairlead plate to convert OE steel bumper to be winch mountable

We designed this plate with 2 winch mounting positions:
1)  Offset to driver side to match original bumper offset fairlead position
2)  Centered.  If you mount the winch in the center position you will use the fairlead plate included in this kit and trim out the fairlead hole on the bumper
